We do not test each lot for particle size. The particle size can vary from lot-to-lot. In 2006, we performed a sieve analysis on three lots of our citric acid monohydrate. The results are listed in the table below. This data is expected to be typical, but particle size is not part of the product specifications or acceptance criteria of the products.
