A pressure regulator designed for high purity gases must be used to regulate your gas supply. These regulators have stainless steel diaphragms and inert seals that do not introduce contamination into the system. DO NOT use standard industrial type gas regulators. Standard industrial gas regulators are not suitable for high purity solvent applications.
Matheson Tri-GasModel 3430 Series or similar is recommended.
